Background
Thai Airways aimed to completely redesign their application to make it modern and easier for users to access the airline's services.

Working Process
In the initial phase, we discussed the objectives and requirements of the project, focusing particularly on design and branding. We researched and designed multiple mood and tone variations for the application, testing and discussing them with the Thai Airways team to find the most suitable and effective approach.


Challenges
The main challenges were related to visual design and storytelling techniques. As the national airline, the team had to manage high-pressure situations and collaborate with many stakeholders. The branding and redesign required advanced design skills to ensure the application was both beautiful and appropriate for the brand.
